Delivery Conditions

Your orders will be delivered to the cargo company within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) after the bank approval is received. Depending on the distance of the delivery address to the delivered cargo branch, the cargo company will deliver your order to you within 5-7 days.

In case of a problem caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate. Delivery is not made on holidays and vacations.

All of the products you have selected will be delivered to you by the cargo companies we have agreements with.

The products you have purchased will be notified to you with a confirmation e-mail. If any of the products you have selected are out of stock, an e-mail will be sent to you regarding the subject and you will be notified of the date the product will be in stock first.
